Dad and his trusty snow blower.
Well, since I'm spending the holidays here in Western New York, I kind of wanted a White Christmas, and I sure got one! As I look out my window right now, I see it's snowing yet again. And predicted again tomorrow. And the next day. Okay, that's enough!
You can see my Dad in the cab of his snow blower in this photo. And you can also see that I took the picture from the safety and protection of the porch. Dad knows how to do the hard stuff. I just take the pictures.
So I'll be leaving this winter wonderland in a few days and heading back to the sunny South. Mixed emotions. It has been more than wonderful being with my family during this difficult Holiday time, so I REALLY hate to leave. BUT...there is the snow issue......!
I am, however, looking forward to starting a new year of shows, beginning with Visani Dinner Theater on Tuesday, January 15.
Like the unspoiled blanket of new snow on the lawn outside, the New Year lies before me a blank canvas, with endless opportunities for joy and fulfillment. I really believe that. And I hope you do too.
Many blessings to you in the coming year!
I'll keep ya posted.
